Zhejiang ZITIC Import & Export Co., Ltd., one of the subsidiaries of Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd. is a specialized provincial level foreign trade company approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Since the foundation, the company has been operating in the principle of "Equality and Mutual Benefits", and has always given top priority to high prestige. Our company has so far established wide business relationships with more than 100 countries and regions throughout the world, and has founded various export commodity production bases in the country. The company now deals in a good variety of products covering all fields and ranges. Our major business scope at present includes the import and export of textile and clothing, light industrial products, arts and crafts, cereal and oil, foodstuff, aquatic products, mechanical equipment, ship buildings, electric appliance, hardware and tools, construction materials and chemical products. The company also deals in other business like processing with applied samples and materials, parts assembling, compensation trade, international leasing and technical cooperation.

The company has a registered capital of RMB24 million. Our company has ranked among "Top 500 Foreign Trade Companies of China" and "Top 50 Foreign Trade Companies of Zhejiang" for several continuous years and in 2007 our total import and export volume amounted 310 million US dollars, which was among the ten largest import and export volume of Zhejiang Provincial level foreign trade companies.

At present our major export products are garment, fabrics, ships, bicycles, hardware and tools, vehicle spare parts, arts and crafts, glasses, household appliance, electric appliance, and foodstuff. And our major import products are power generators, soybeans, barley, paper pulps, PVC materials, air conditioners, heaters, and chemical materials.

The company consists of Export Department, Import Department, Finance Department, Investment Department, Comprehensive Department, and Hangzhou Guochen Trading Company, ZheJiang Guoxin Food Co., Ltd. as holding subsidiaries. The company has a staff team of 70 members at an average age of 36. Among them 59 members have a college degree or above. 17 members have intermediate titles and 3 have achieved senior titles.
